The expansive private yard is surrounded by woods, where there is easy access to the lake for swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing, or paddle boarding. Guests are required to sign a waiver prior to arrival relating to the use of watercrafts (boats, kayaks, and paddle boards) on the lake.
