Stayed with a big family group for a local wedding and we loved this house! Highlight of the weekend. Lots of space to hang out and a central, walkable location.

This house was exactly as advertised! The game room was a blast for adults and youngsters alike. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean. We were happy that each room had independent temperature control. The owner gave clear instructions on everything we needed to know and was available to answer questions throughout our stay. The owner also really went above and beyond to address a particular challenge we had. Highly recommended.

This space is impeccably decorated; clean, spacious and yet cozy. Excellent proximity to Umass campus on a beautiful street- safe, and a quaint old home filled with a fun playroom and lots of character. Owners are helpful and accommodating, quick to communicate, and very thoughtful - snacks and coffee left for us to enjoy! Highly recommend and will absolutely book again !

There aren’t enough words to describe my families experience with Tanya. Before we arrive she was extremely accommodating and responsive with all my questions. The house was absolutely stunning and had so much to do that we only left the house once to go to the beach nearby. My kids did not want to leave and are already asking to go back. The photos do not do this property justice as it’s even more beautiful online. She has everything you could possibly need in the house and there is no need to bring anything except your clothes. The grocery is 10 min away Max along with the Walmart and quick bite to eat. We will definitely be booking Tanya place again next time and will recommend it to anyone! Thank you sooo much Tanya… my kids loooved the s’more you left for them which was sooo thoughtful. Also the kids secret room was amazing! My kids slept in there and spent most of their time playing there.

My family and I stayed at this lakehouse to celebrate the 4th of July weekend from NY. I wanna start off by saying the communication with the host was great. When my family and I arrived to the house it was absolutely stunning. The entire house was clean and up to date with essentials for everyone. The patio by the lake was amazing. My whole family had such a good time on the lake. I highly recommend this house to everyone! Thanks so much to Tanya for allowing us to indulge in this gorgeous house and have a good time with family and friends!

If we could rate our stay higher than 5 stars, we would! Tanya and Jared truly went above and beyond for my wife and I, as we chose their house to stay out with our wedding party for our wedding in a neighboring town. They even generously got us flowers for our wedding! I would never expect that from an AirBNB host. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and in a perfect location to walk into campus or downtown Amherst. The rooms were spacious, the beds large and comfortable, and the pop-a-shot machine and bubble hockey were a huge hit amongst our group! The backyard with the fire pit and ample seating was a perfect place to relax and unwind. I would recommend this stay without hesitation and cannot accurately put into words just how welcomed Tanya and Jared made us feel. - John & Sarah

We loved staying at Tanya's place. Location is perfect right on the lake with incredible amenities. The house was clean and cozy and included everything we needed, with a few extras (especially for the kids). Tanya communicated quickly when we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Tanya's house while visiting the UMASS Amherst Campus. The location was excellent. So close to the school and minutes to downtown. A very walkable area. The house was extremely clean and stocked with thoughtful extras for added convenience. Everything was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. Tanya's communication was always clear and she was very responsive and proactive in addressing any questions we had. Really cool spacious house on a quiet street near UMASS. Tanya was a great host. There were lots of plates and silverware and cooking pots and pans in the kitchen, beds were super comfortable. Tanya was very accommodating and brought over some extra tables and chairs that we needed for a family dinner.

Tanya and Jared could not have been more gracious hosts—helpful and quick to respond. The house was spotless and full of thoughtful welcoming touches. Our large family group loved their stay and especially the game room was a unique feature that kept the young ones (and frankly their parents) entertained! The kitchen was impressively well stocked with enough plates silverware and cookware to meet all our needs. And of course the location couldn’t have been better for being walkable to both Umass and downtown Amherst. Overall I’d highly recommend this stay and we would certainly return.
